What you'll do

As a Senior Data Scientist at Webflow, you will partner with product, engineering, and design stakeholders to identify interesting business questions and provide quantitative analysis to answer them. You will lead the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) that help teams understand how to improve our product and enhance user experience. Your role will involve building a deep understanding of customer behavior and how they interact with our platform.

You will also work closely with analytics and data engineering teams to mature our data foundations, including data logging and pipelines. Your insights will directly influence product decisions and help shape the future of Webflow's offerings. You will be responsible for conducting experiments and analyzing results to inform product strategy, ensuring that data-driven decision-making is at the forefront of our development process.
