What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager at Webflow, you will lead the DevLink platform, focusing on design-to-code synchronization and CLI/API workflows. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing engineering team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define the vision and roadmap for the platform. Your role will involve setting clear goals for your team, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing mentorship to help team members develop their skills. You will also be involved in strategic planning, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing best practices in software development.
