What you'll do

As the Staff Product Manager at Webflow, you will own the strategy and execution for the subscriptions and payments experience — you will lead initiatives to simplify how customers subscribe to and grow with Webflow, ensuring that the systems you build are scalable, compliant, and reliable. You will work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and prioritize features that enhance the customer journey.

You will conduct user research and analyze data to identify pain points in the subscription process — your insights will drive product improvements and help shape the roadmap for future enhancements. You will also collaborate with marketing to ensure that product messaging aligns with customer needs and market trends.
