What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Applied AI team, you will lead the development of AI-powered features that enhance the Webflow platform. You will work closely with product managers and designers to identify user needs and translate them into technical solutions. Your role will involve designing and implementing algorithms that improve the speed and quality of web design processes. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise and fostering their growth within the team.

You will be responsible for conducting experiments to validate the effectiveness of AI solutions and iterating based on user feedback.
