You are comfortable with data analysis and have experience in creating reports — this skill will be essential as you analyze data to provide insights for our clients. What you'll do

As a Jr. Customer Success Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients by analyzing data and creating insightful reports. You will work closely with our customer success team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service and support. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing data to identify trends and insights that can help drive business growth for our clients. You will also assist in creating reports that summarize your findings and present them to the team and clients.

You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the field and receive training on the tools and techniques necessary for success in this role. As you advance in your career, there will be potential promotional paths available, allowing you to grow into roles such as DataTech Solutions Architect. You will be based fully in-office at our riverside campus in Harrisburg, PA, where you will collaborate with your colleagues to achieve our clients' goals.
