You are proficient with ATS and recruitment platforms, having worked with multiple systems and tools in your previous roles. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, particularly in engineering and project management, sets you apart. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your operational execution skills to enhance team performance and drive results.

What you'll do

As a Liaison Manager at Welocalize, you will serve as the primary interface between Talent teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication. You will support the recruitment process by coordinating efforts across different regions, managing timelines, and facilitating discussions to address any operational challenges. Your role will involve working closely with engineering and project teams to understand their hiring needs and ensure that recruitment strategies align with organizational goals.
