Who you are

You have a strong background in machine learning and AI, with experience in developing and implementing reliable AI systems. You are skilled in integrating AI/ML models into real workflows and have a solid understanding of best practices for optimizing and measuring model performance against business goals. Your programming skills are robust, including testing, packaging, debugging, and performance-aware coding. You are comfortable working with Docker and cloud environments, particularly AWS, and have experience building production systems or pipelines. You take ownership of tasks and manage projects end-to-end, demonstrating excellent communication and documentation skills. Your knowledge of AI techniques and algorithms, including embeddings and LLMs, is a key asset.

Desirable

Experience with additional AI frameworks or tools would be a plus, as well as familiarity with data annotation and evaluation processes. A background in natural language processing (NLP) is also desirable, as it aligns with the company's focus on delivering high-quality training data transformation solutions.
