You have a strong background in business process analysis, with at least 5 years of experience in leading efforts to analyze and improve complex workflows. Your expertise in structured analysis methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, allows you to identify opportunities for improvement effectively. You possess strong data skills, enabling you to leverage data-driven insights to design better workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
You are comfortable collaborating with technical teams and utilizing AI-powered tools to automate core business processes. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders ensures that you can drive initiatives that align with business goals. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, which helps you navigate exception-ridden and unstandardized processes.
What you'll do
