Who you are

You are an experienced Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in developing scalable applications. You have a deep understanding of both frontend and backend technologies, and you thrive in independent roles where you can take ownership of projects from architecture to release. Your experience includes working with JavaScript frameworks like React and backend technologies such as Node.js, allowing you to build seamless user experiences and robust server-side logic.

You have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions, and you are comfortable collaborating with product managers to define scope and functionality. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams ensures that you can translate complex technical concepts into actionable tasks. You are passionate about creating user-friendly applications that solve real-world problems, and you are excited about the opportunity to contribute to innovative addressing solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of an address autocomplete and validation app for Shopify. You will collaborate closely with Swiftcomplete Product Managers to define the scope and functionality of the application, ensuring that it meets user needs and enhances the checkout experience. You will be responsible for designing the architecture, writing code, and overseeing the release process, allowing you to showcase your full stack development skills.

You will work on Checkout UI Extensions and app Admin configuration, focusing on creating a seamless integration with Shopify's platform. Your role will involve not only coding but also participating in design discussions and providing input on best practices for application development. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the engineering team.
