Your problem-solving skills enable you to address complex security challenges and enhance operational integrity. You are committed to fostering a culture of security awareness within the organization, ensuring that all employees understand their role in maintaining a secure environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and scale Whatnot's global physical security program, focusing on enhancing the integrity and compliance of security technologies. You will develop and implement standardized procedures for security operations, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally and in compliance with industry standards. You will lead initiatives to assess and improve existing security measures, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices. Collaborating with IT and other departments, you will ensure that security technologies are integrated seamlessly into daily operations.
