Overview

Wheely is seeking a Junior Product Manager to enhance customer service efficiency and personalization. You'll lead a cross-functional team and manage product roadmaps. This role requires a STEM degree and relevant internship experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a recent graduate with a STEM degree from a top university, bringing 6-12 months of relevant internship or work experience in a high-growth environment. You have a passion for great UX/UI and possess outstanding written communication skills. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify product opportunities and improve customer service interactions effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product analysts to enhance the efficiency of Wheely's Customer Service team. You will manage your team's roadmap, ensuring alignment with Wheely's mission while owning both existing and new products from ideation through development to launch and maintenance. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer issues to identify product opportunities that reduce the need for customer service contact, supporting the implementation of AI-driven automation in chauffeur contacts, and developing internal tools that enhance the speed and consistency of contact resolution.
