Overview

WHOOP is hiring a Researcher I to execute data collections for various research studies aimed at algorithm training and design testing. This role is based in Boston and requires in-person work at WHOOP Labs.

Who you are

You are an entry-level researcher eager to contribute to the field of human performance. You have a keen interest in conducting research and are excited about the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the wearables industry. You are detail-oriented and capable of executing data collection processes effectively. Your ability to work collaboratively within a team will be essential as you support various research studies.

What you'll do

As a Researcher I at WHOOP, you will join the WHOOP Labs team, where your primary responsibility will be to execute data collections for a range of research studies. These studies will focus on algorithm training and design testing, contributing to the development of next-generation features and technology. You will work closely with other researchers and team members to ensure that data is collected accurately and efficiently. Your efforts will play a crucial role in validating the technology that empowers WHOOP members to enhance their performance.

What we offer

This is a W-2, Temporary role through the remainder of 2026, with an hourly pay range of $28 - $32.
