You are prepared to work in person at WHOOP Labs in Boston, MA, five days a week, and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to WHOOP's mission of unlocking human performance and healthspan.
What you'll do
As a Lab Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping the participant experience at WHOOP Labs. Your responsibilities will include greeting participants, providing assistance, and ensuring that the environment is welcoming and comfortable. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, setting a positive tone for their experience. Your role will also involve coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a high level of service throughout the day. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized space, contributing to the overall atmosphere of WHOOP Labs.
What we offer
This is a W-2, Temporary role through the remainder of 2026, with an hourly pay range of $28 - $32. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on health and performance, contributing to a mission-driven company.
