You have a proven track record in lifecycle marketing, with experience leading teams and managing complex campaigns. Your strategic mindset allows you to blend operational excellence with innovative marketing strategies, ensuring that campaigns resonate with members and drive engagement. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful member experiences. Your ability to analyze data and derive insights helps you optimize marketing efforts and enhance overall performance. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards in campaign execution, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the quality and values of WHOOP.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the operational backbone of WHOOP’s lifecycle marketing engine, overseeing the systems and processes that enable marketing campaigns to scale effectively. You will partner closely with Lifecycle Strategy, Growth, Data Science, Core Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to ensure that campaigns are launched with speed, precision, and quality across various channels including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Your leadership will guide the team in executing personalized member experiences that drive engagement and retention. You will also be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance future initiatives. Your strategic vision will help shape the direction of lifecycle marketing at WHOOP, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission to unlock human performance and healthspan.
