You have a strong background in knowledge management and AI systems, with experience in optimizing content for automated support. Your analytical skills allow you to identify trends and failure points in AI performance, ensuring that member issues are resolved effectively. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to work cross-functionally with various teams, including Software, Membership Services Operations, and Product partners. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of high-quality content in enhancing user experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping how knowledge is consumed by AI systems at WHOOP. You will focus on enabling high-quality, empathetic, and effective automated member support by optimizing knowledge content for AI retrieval and summarization. Your responsibilities will include analyzing AI performance trends, identifying content-driven failure points, and developing scalable frameworks to improve AI resolution rates and member sentiment. You will collaborate closely with the Knowledge Management team and other stakeholders to ensure that content-driven issues are distinguished from model or tooling limitations, ensuring clear ownership and targeted improvements.
