Who you are
You have a strong background in project management, particularly in AI or technology initiatives, and possess excellent communication skills that allow you to navigate complex environments effectively. You understand the importance of balancing innovation with risk and are adept at managing multiple stakeholders across different regions and functions. Your experience includes overseeing project lifecycles from intake to deployment, ensuring that initiatives move quickly from idea to impact. You are detail-oriented and capable of building and maintaining executive dashboards to track project progress and key performance indicators.
Desirable
Experience in AI or data-driven projects is a plus, as is familiarity with governance and compliance in technology initiatives. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable coordinating with legal, security, and leadership teams to ensure project success.
What you'll do
As the AI Program Manager, you will own the operational engine of the AI Enablement department, managing the intake, triage, prioritization, and routing of AI requests. You will coordinate the entire AI project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are built, validated, deployed, and monitored effectively. Your role will involve tracking and reporting on key KPIs such as cycle time and adoption rates, and you will be responsible for coordinating vendor and partner engagements in collaboration with procurement and leadership. Additionally, you will support enablement initiatives, including training hubs and events, to foster a culture of AI adoption across the organization.
