Who you are

You have a proven track record in leading teams and developing training programs that enhance employee performance and engagement. With at least 5 years of experience in learning and development, you understand the nuances of creating impactful training strategies that align with organizational goals. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring that training initiatives meet the needs of frontline teams and enhance member experiences.

You are passionate about empowering others and have a deep understanding of adult learning principles. You thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at scaling training programs to meet the needs of a growing organization. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve learning outcomes.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Learning & Training at WHOOP, you will lead a global team of Training Specialists, developing and executing a comprehensive L&T roadmap that drives performance enablement across Membership Services. You will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process, ensuring that new team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles. Additionally, you will implement ongoing education programs that foster skill development and support team performance.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions that enhance the member experience. Your role will involve scaling systems and programs that promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization. You will also be tasked with measuring the impact of training initiatives and reporting on key performance indicators to senior leadership.
