You have a strong background in leadership development and a passion for enhancing the capabilities of people leaders. With experience in program management and learning experience design, you understand how to create effective learning strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments but are also comfortable taking initiative and working independently when necessary. Your ability to analyze existing programs and identify areas for improvement sets you apart as a leader in this space.
You are excited about the opportunity to innovate and evolve leadership development experiences, particularly in a remote-first work environment. You recognize the importance of putting people first and are committed to crafting a leadership development strategy that meets the needs of both new and experienced managers. Your strong communication skills enable you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that learning initiatives align with organizational goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and evolve Affirm's Leadership Development practice, ensuring that the right learning is provided at the right time for various levels of leadership. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Learning + Development to craft a comprehensive leadership development strategy that addresses the needs of managers and leaders across the organization. Your responsibilities will include analyzing current program scopes, designing impactful learning experiences, and facilitating training sessions that elevate leadership capabilities.
You will also be responsible for evolving manager development programming to fit the unique challenges of a remote-first environment. This includes recognizing the diverse needs of employees and tailoring learning experiences accordingly. Your role will require you to stay informed about best practices in leadership development and continuously seek innovative approaches to enhance the learning experience for Affirmers.
