You have a proven track record in campus recruiting, ideally with experience in building and leading university recruiting programs. You understand the nuances of engaging with early career talent and have a passion for shaping the future workforce. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with hiring teams across the organization, ensuring alignment and success in attracting top talent.
You are strategic in your approach, capable of defining and executing recruiting strategies that resonate with university students. You have experience in developing partnerships with universities and creating internship, co-op, and fellowship opportunities that provide meaningful experiences for candidates. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships is key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
As the Senior Campus Recruiter at WHOOP, you will take ownership of the university recruiting space, defining the strategy and shaping campus partnerships. You will lead initiatives to attract and engage early career talent, ensuring that WHOOP is recognized as an employer of choice among students. You will collaborate closely with hiring teams to understand their needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies that align with organizational goals.
You will create and manage internship and co-op programs, providing students with valuable experiences that contribute to their professional development. Your role will involve organizing campus events, attending career fairs, and conducting information sessions to promote WHOOP's opportunities. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing recruiting metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of the university recruiting programs.
