Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in business planning and financial management, ideally within the apparel or accessories sector. Your strategic mindset allows you to serve as a thought partner to senior leadership, guiding decisions through data and insights. You excel in defining planning frameworks and setting standards for KPI management, ensuring that the business evaluates and prioritizes growth opportunities effectively.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain, Product, Marketing, and E-commerce. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively makes you a valuable asset in discussions about long-range growth and performance management.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the financial planning process for the Apparel & Accessories business, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. You will define and implement planning frameworks that guide the business in evaluating growth opportunities. Collaborating closely with the Director of Business Planning & Supply Chain, you will provide insights that shape leadership decisions and drive performance management initiatives.
You will be responsible for setting standards for KPI management, ensuring that all departments are aligned in their understanding of performance metrics. Your role will involve analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ultimately guiding the business towards sustainable growth.
