WHOOP is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager to lead the ecommerce strategy for their accessories and apparel business. You'll oversee commercial performance and digital experience for shop.whoop.com. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in ecommerce management, particularly in the accessories and apparel sector, with a strong focus on driving commercial performance and enhancing digital experiences. Your experience includes developing and executing successful ecommerce strategies that align with business goals and customer needs. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with teams in Growth, Engineering, Product Marketing, Creative, and Operations to ensure a seamless ecommerce experience. You are data-driven, using insights to inform decisions and optimize performance across all channels.

You possess excellent leadership skills, having successfully managed teams and projects in fast-paced environments. Your ability to influence and inspire others is key to your success, as you work to elevate the ecommerce experience and drive growth. You are comfortable navigating the complexities of ecommerce platforms and understand the nuances of merchandising strategies that resonate with customers. You are passionate about the intersection of technology and retail, always looking for innovative ways to enhance the customer journey.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the ecommerce strategy for WHOOP's accessories and apparel business, owning the commercial performance and digital experience for shop.whoop.com. You will create and implement a comprehensive ecommerce roadmap that connects strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You will collaborate closely with various teams to influence how accessories are represented across the WHOOP ecosystem, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.

You will analyze performance metrics and customer insights to drive continuous improvement in the ecommerce experience, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing merchandising strategies, managing product assortments, and ensuring that the digital experience is engaging and user-friendly. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to support the growth of the ecommerce business.
