What you'll do

As a Performance Engineer at Wincent, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of our trading systems, focusing on reducing latency and improving reliability across the entire trading stack. You will engage in kernel-level debugging and network stack tuning, ensuring that our systems can handle the demands of high-frequency trading. Your role will involve performance profiling and hardware benchmarking, as well as creating tools for trace analysis and monitoring.

You will analyze live production data to identify performance issues and collaborate with teams across trading, infrastructure, and software to implement consistent performance improvements.
