Your deep knowledge of Jira architecture, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira Service Management (JSM) makes you an expert in this field. You thrive in Agile environments and have solid experience working within Agile frameworks in enterprise-level settings. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to explain technical migration roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders effectively, bridging the gap between technical execution and strategic planning.

You are adept at data mapping and possess advanced skills in Excel, JSON, or SQL for complex data reconciliation — you understand the importance of data integrity during migrations and can navigate challenges with ease. Your ability to manage change and communicate with stakeholders ensures that all parties are aligned throughout the migration process. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end migration lifecycle from Jira Server/Data Center to Jira Cloud — this involves dismantling complex legacy systems and rebuilding them into a streamlined, high-performing Cloud environment. You will lead the technical execution of the migration, ensuring that all aspects are meticulously planned and executed. Your responsibilities will include developing migration strategies, conducting data mapping, and overseeing the implementation of new workflows in the Cloud environment.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the migration aligns with business objectives and meets the needs of all stakeholders. Your role will also involve training and supporting team members during the transition, ensuring that everyone is equipped to work effectively in the new environment. You will be responsible for monitoring the migration process, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure a smooth transition.
