Who you are

You have 7+ years of professional experience in native Android development — you've architected, designed, and developed scalable, high-performance Android applications using Kotlin and Java. You write clean, testable, and maintainable code with a strong focus on performance and reliability, ensuring that your applications meet the highest standards.

Your expertise includes implementing modern Android architectures such as MVP or MVVM — you leverage Jetpack components, including Jetpack Compose, Room, Retrofit, and Coroutines/Flow, to build robust solutions. You have a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design, which allows you to create efficient and effective applications.

You are a collaborative team player who actively participates in code reviews and contributes to CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and DevOps practices — you understand the importance of smooth delivery cycles and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Mentoring junior engineers is a passion of yours, and you enjoy fostering a culture of technical excellence within your team.

You are comfortable using AI tools to accelerate development and enhance workflows, without replacing your core problem-solving skills — you believe in the power of technology to improve processes and outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will architect, design, and develop scalable Android applications that meet the needs of our clients — your work will directly contribute to the success of our AI-powered digital products and platforms. You will write clean, maintainable code and implement best practices in software engineering, including system design and API design.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to ensure that the applications you develop align with user needs and business objectives — your ability to communicate effectively will be key in these interactions. You will also participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to your peers and helping to elevate the overall quality of the codebase.

As a Senior Android Developer, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes — you will help refine our CI/CD pipelines and advocate for best practices in software development. Your mentorship of junior engineers will help them grow their skills and confidence, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
