Who you are
You have a Bachelorβs degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, along with project management certifications. You possess strong leadership skills and have experience in planning, executing, and monitoring software development projects. Your background includes working with internal applications, digital platforms, APIs, and integrations, ensuring compliance with technical, security, and regulatory standards within the financial sector. You are adept at coordinating with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, DevOps teams, and other key stakeholders, applying Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban based on project needs. You are detail-oriented, capable of preparing and maintaining up-to-date project documentation, including backlogs, roadmaps, risks, and deliverables. You excel at identifying and managing technical and business risks, as well as project dependencies, and you communicate progress clearly and in a timely manner to both executive and technical audiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will plan, execute, and monitor software development projects, ensuring that all phases are completed on time and within budget. You will define project timelines and allocate resources effectively, leading development and testing teams to deliver high-quality software. You will ensure compliance with technical, security, and regulatory standards, particularly within the financial sector. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various stakeholders, including Product Owners and UX/UI Designers, to align project goals and deliverables. You will apply Agile methodologies, adapting your approach based on the specific needs of each project. You will prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including backlogs and roadmaps, and identify potential risks and dependencies that could impact project success. You will communicate project progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will also involve promoting best practices in development, testing, and continuous deployment (CI/CD), contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
