What you'll do

In this role, you will work on initiatives across EverQuote's consumer-facing experiences, focusing on the insurance marketplace. You will deliver simple, engaging, and performant design solutions that help connect consumers with insurance providers. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, from exploratory interviews to usability testing, to ensure that design decisions are informed by user feedback.

You will advocate for the needs of both the EverQuote business and its shoppers, ensuring that your design solutions balance user needs with business goals. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to implement your designs and iterate based on user feedback. Your role will also involve mentoring junior designers and contributing to the overall growth of the design team.
