What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Workato, you will be responsible for designing and implementing features that enhance our AI-powered platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations by connecting data, processes, applications, and experiences. Your role will involve writing clean, efficient code and conducting code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will also be expected to debug and resolve issues in a timely manner, contributing to the overall reliability of our systems. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and share your expertise in Ruby and Rails development, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
