What you'll do

As a Technical Architect at Workato, you will lead professional services engagements, working closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities. You will design and implement solutions that leverage Workato's AI-powered platform to connect data, processes, applications, and experiences. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are not only technically sound but also aligned with client goals.

You will be responsible for driving software expansions, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that clients derive maximum value from their investments in Workato's technology. Your expertise in GCP and Ruby will be critical as you develop and deploy solutions that enhance operational efficiency and agility.

In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you will contribute to internal initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and enhancing the overall client experience. You will mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
