What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of WorkWave's new Embedded Payroll offering, guiding the team through the Build, Launch, and Scale phases. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals. Your leadership will be crucial in transforming WorkWave into a comprehensive platform where software, AI, and fintech converge.

You will manage the complex roadmap of our fintech infrastructure, prioritizing features and enhancements that deliver the most value to our customers. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams, you will ensure that product launches are successful and meet customer expectations.

Conducting market research and user feedback sessions will be essential to understand customer pain points and identify opportunities for innovation. You will leverage data-driven insights to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.

As a key member of the product leadership team, you will mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability. Your ability to inspire and motivate others will be vital in achieving the ambitious goals set for the fintech product line.
