Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in technology-driven environments. You possess a deep understanding of machine learning and AI, enabling you to translate complex technical capabilities into actionable products. Your technical credibility allows you to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science and Engineering, ensuring alignment on product goals and performance metrics. You thrive in a remote-first culture, demonstrating self-motivation and ownership in your work. You are results-oriented, focusing on delivering high-quality products that meet user needs and drive business success.

Desirable

Experience with fraud prevention or AML compliance is a plus, as is familiarity with metrics tracking for platform performance. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering value to customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the roadmap for the next generation of GenAI features, collaborating closely with Data Science and Engineering teams to ensure successful product launches. You will be responsible for defining product requirements, conducting user research, and prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market trends. Your role will involve tracking key performance metrics, such as uptime and latency, to ensure the platform meets the highest standards of reliability and performance. You will also support the RFP process and Model Governance, acting as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.

You will engage in regular communication with Sales to understand customer needs and translate them into product features that enhance user experience. Your ability to analyze data and derive insights will be crucial in making informed decisions about product direction and enhancements. You will lead cross-functional meetings to align teams on product goals and timelines, ensuring that everyone is working towards a common vision.
