What you'll do

In this role, you will assist senior attorneys in reviewing and preparing various commercial agreements, including vendor agreements, license agreements, and confidentiality agreements. You will support the creation and maintenance of template documents, playbooks, and checklists that streamline legal processes. Your responsibilities will also include conducting legal research and providing insights on regulatory compliance as needed. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that legal considerations are integrated into business strategies.
