What you'll do

In this role, you will take an active part in preparing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements for WorldQuant's US and international offices. You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing vendor agreements, license agreements, and finance-related contracts, ensuring they meet the company's strategic goals and legal requirements. You will also support the human resources department in connection with employment agreements and employment matters, providing legal guidance on various HR-related issues.

Additionally, you will review marketing materials to ensure compliance with legal standards, advising on any necessary changes. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams across the organization, fostering a culture of accountability and results-driven performance. You will be expected to contribute to the development of template documents that streamline the contracting process, enhancing efficiency and consistency across the board.
