You have a strong background in operations management, particularly in developing and managing communication platforms. What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the operations of the communication platforms that support Woven City, ensuring they meet the needs of inventors, residents, and tenants. You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and managing the operational aspects of these platforms, reporting directly to the Lead of Operations Platform Management. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance the quality and efficiency of communication operations, contributing to the overall mission of Woven City.
You will also engage in long-term planning and improvement initiatives, focusing on the development and efficiency of the contact center and support desk operations. Your role will require you to be hands-on in managing daily operations while also looking ahead to drive strategic improvements. You will work closely with internal and external organizations to ensure seamless communication and operational success.
