Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in quality management systems and a passion for ensuring product excellence. With experience in implementing quality frameworks, you understand the importance of quality in the development process and are committed to promoting a total quality mindset within the organization. You are familiar with the principles of the Toyota Production System and can effectively communicate and roll out new procedures to teams.
You possess excellent analytical skills and can track the status of QMS adoption effectively. Your experience includes conducting internal audits to assess conformity and compliance with established standards. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and can propose organization-wide communication campaigns to enhance quality awareness.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and ensuring the adoption of a Quality Management System (QMS) framework within the Arene team. You will assist in the rollout of new procedures and ensure that quality is built into the product from the very beginning. Your efforts will contribute to achieving ISO9001 compliance for Arene, and you will operate an internal audit strategy to assess the conformity of operations.
You will promote a total quality mindset across the organization, encouraging teams to embrace quality principles in their daily work. By collaborating with various teams, you will help to improve the development process and ensure that the highest quality standards are met in all products. Your role will be crucial in driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of quality within the organization.
