What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and designing innovative solutions that meet the needs of Kaluza's clients in Japan. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to create products that simplify and automate core operations, enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction. You will also play a key role in the company's international expansion efforts, helping to establish Kaluza's presence in the Japanese market. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and goals. You will be expected to analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve the Kaluza Platform and its offerings.
