What you'll do
In this role, you will be part of the Global Safety & Quality department, dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality for the products and services offered by Woven by Toyota. You will design and implement a highly accurate Quality Management System (QMS) that prioritizes safety, reliability, and excellence. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, workflows, and outcomes, fostering a culture of ongoing enhancement within the team. You will work closely with development teams to ensure that the current development processes are well understood and that the necessary optimizations and standardizations are effectively implemented. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements, contributing significantly to the development of solutions that pave the way for the future of automotive technology.
