You are a seasoned Senior Product Manager with a strong background in leading product teams and driving user-centric solutions. You have experience in managing complex integrations with enterprise software systems, ensuring seamless onboarding processes for users. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for enterprise customers, ensuring they have a smooth experience integrating with our HRIS and other enterprise software. You will work closely with internal and external partners to develop a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with customer needs and business objectives. Your role will involve defining key performance indicators to measure the success of onboarding initiatives and continuously iterating on the user experience based on feedback.
