Who you are
You have a strong background in software development and a passion for quality assurance in the automotive industry. You understand the importance of safety and security in software and are eager to contribute to the evolution of Toyota into a software-driven automotive manufacturer. You possess the ability to establish quality-focused processes that align with the latest technological trends, ensuring that the Arene platform meets customer quality demands. You are skilled in negotiating effectively with team members and stakeholders, fostering good relationships to enhance collaboration. You are committed to continuous improvement and have a deep understanding of quality assurance principles.
What you'll do
In this role, you will report directly to the head of the process management team within the Global Quality Assurance (GQA) team. Your primary responsibility will be to establish quality-related organizational processes and environments that support the Arene platform, which includes software development kits (SDKs) and validation tools. You will conduct audits and evaluations to continuously improve the quality of the Arene platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the software meets the highest standards of safety and quality. Your contributions will play a crucial role in advancing Toyota's mission of achieving a zero-accident society and enhancing the overall mobility experience.
