Who you are

You have a strong background in agile development and are comfortable collaborating with product owners and business development teams to accurately capture business requirements. Your ability to translate these requirements into optimal system designs is key to your success in this role. You are experienced in the EV and energy sectors, particularly in new business development projects, and can effectively organize and structure complex demands into actionable system designs. Your leadership skills enable you to guide projects from requirements definition through to MVP and full-scale deployment, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering requirements and defining specifications in collaboration with product owners. You will clarify business needs and customer demands, transforming them into system requirements that can be effectively communicated to development teams. Your expertise in system design and architecture will be crucial as you work on application functionality, API design, data models, and integration with external systems. You will also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing optimizations for processes including DevOps and CI/CD practices. Additionally, you will conduct technical validations and oversee the development of MVPs to ensure that the minimum viable product meets the necessary value propositions. Working closely with development teams, you will facilitate implementation reviews and validate deliverables, leveraging customer feedback and empirical data to drive data-driven analysis and improvements.
