Job Description
Who you are
You are an experienced Technical Operations Manager with a strong background in managing complex projects across multiple domains. You understand the importance of defining optimal operational processes and services that align with customer needs and market demands. Your ability to improve existing operational processes and tools is crucial for providing seamless service delivery.
You have a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and technical operational services, including contact centers and network operations. Your experience in re-architecting systems to ensure stability and efficiency will be invaluable as you work to support the launch and continuous evolution of innovative mobility solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the definition and development of cloud infrastructure services that support Woven City’s offerings. You will assess the current architecture and define a re-architecture plan that ensures stable service delivery. Your responsibilities will include preparing technical operational services that may be required when products are launched in external markets.
You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that operational processes are adapted to meet the needs of external markets. Your role will involve continuous improvement of existing operational processes and tools to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
