Job Description
Who you are
You have a successful proven track record within a credit collection role, demonstrating your ability to manage client portfolios effectively. Your strong communication skills enable you to engage with clients regarding debts owed, ensuring payments are made to contracted terms. You are client-focused, resilient, and determined, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve targets set by the Credit Manager.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage an allocated client portfolio, ensuring timely cash collections and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will utilize credit management software, email, and telephone communication to contact clients regarding outstanding invoices. Your responsibilities will include monitoring accounts, resolving disputes, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the credit collection process.
