What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Procure to Pay and Billing functions at WPP's Shared Services Center in India. You will oversee vendor master management, invoice processing, order management, contract generation, and inventory processes. Your responsibilities will include supervising P&L management and billing operations, while proactively seeking opportunities for business expansion. You will manage a team of over 100 full-time employees, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage with stakeholders across the organization to foster collaboration and ensure that service delivery meets the highest standards. Your leadership will nurture a culture of excellence and accountability, as you provide mentorship and coaching to your team members, helping them to grow in their careers. You will also be responsible for streamlining business processes and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
