You are a fresh qualified Chartered Accountant with a keen interest in indirect taxation. You have a foundational understanding of GST and its implications for businesses, having gained experience during your Articleship. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, which enable you to reconcile financial data accurately. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn from experienced professionals in the field. Your commitment to continuous learning and professional development sets you apart as a candidate. You are based in Mumbai and are ready to contribute to a global leader in marketing services.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for filing GST monthly returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will prepare GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C annual returns, playing a crucial role in the overall tax compliance process. You will reconcile outward GL liability balances with registers and incorporate items not covered in the register but appearing in the GL. Additionally, you will coordinate the details of advances received and those adjusted against subsequent transactions. Your work will directly impact the financial health of our clients, and you will collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
