What you'll do

In this role, you will form and execute the Enterprise Technology operations strategy within the PPS cluster, ensuring alignment with WPP's broader technology operations strategy. You will manage agile teams that deliver and maintain services and solutions to the business, supporting WPP ET’s operational and transformation priorities. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation of technology initiatives, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring that the teams are equipped to meet the demands of the business.

You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, encouraging your teams to think creatively and push boundaries. By leveraging your leadership skills, you will guide your teams through challenges and help them achieve their goals. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high standards of service delivery and operational efficiency across the cluster.
