Who you are

You are a Qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in financial reporting and analysis. You have a strong understanding of generally accepted accounting practices and are skilled in reviewing financial statements, including P&L and balance sheets. Your analytical skills allow you to identify and explain variances from budgets and forecasts effectively. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to manage queries from various teams efficiently. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to fostering a culture of respect and belonging.

What you'll do

In this role, you will review monthly and quarterly P&L and balance sheets along with all supporting schedules and reports required by management. You will analyze financial data, identifying variances from budgets and forecasts, and provide explanations for these variances. You will manage all general ledger and reporting-related queries from operational companies, regions, or onshore teams, ensuring compliance with SOX regulations. Additionally, you will lead a team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality financial reporting.
