What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the SEO and content strategy for the Southwest Airlines account, overseeing a team dedicated to enhancing organic discoverability and customer engagement. You will act as the strategy lead within a cross-functional Earned & Owned team, collaborating closely with other departments to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing SEO strategies that align with the client's business objectives, as well as guiding content marketing efforts to drive engagement and conversion.
You will be responsible for analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. Your role will involve connecting technical SEO practices with creative content development, ensuring that all efforts contribute to measurable business outcomes. You will also play a key role in establishing a scalable Center of Excellence for Earned & Owned Media, shaping the future of the client's digital presence.
