Who you are
You are a seasoned product leader with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record in product management. With 5+ years of experience in leading product teams, you have a deep understanding of the product lifecycle and the ability to drive product strategy effectively. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful products. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data-driven insights to inform product decisions and enhance user experiences. You are passionate about creating intuitive solutions that meet the needs of production companies and their vendors.
Desirable
Experience in the finance or accounting domain is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges faced by production companies in managing accounts payable. Familiarity with payroll systems and vendor management will also be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
In this high-impact role, you will own the Accounts Payable product suite, defining the product vision and strategy to enhance the user experience for production companies. You will lead a team of Product Managers, guiding them in their efforts to develop and refine product features that streamline vendor payments and reconciliation processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to identify pain points, prioritizing product features based on business impact, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of product enhancements. You will also be accountable for tracking product performance metrics and iterating on the product based on user feedback and data analysis.
