What you'll do
As a Sales Development Representative at Xepelin, your primary responsibility will be to prospect leads and identify potential clients for our financial products. You will engage with prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to generate interest and set up meetings for the sales team. Your role will be essential in articulating the value of our offerings and ensuring that SMEs understand how Xepelin can support their financial needs.
You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, providing them with the necessary information and support to activate their accounts. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies based on your interactions with prospects.
