You have 5+ years of experience in data analysis, particularly within HR contexts, and possess a strong analytical mindset that allows you to derive insights from complex datasets. Your proficiency in building dynamic data visualizations is complemented by your ability to facilitate global system alignment through integrations and consolidation. You understand the importance of data quality and governance, ensuring data integrity and compliance across various systems.

Your experience includes leading data migration efforts, where you've maintained data accuracy, consistency, and completeness during integrations and implementations. You are skilled in developing and maintaining data dictionaries and metadata, documenting data definitions and sources to ensure clarity and usability across teams. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize data usage and reporting.

Desirable

Experience with HR systems and an understanding of the unique data challenges they present would be beneficial. Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices is a plus, as is a background in creating user-friendly dashboards that enhance decision-making processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in building global reporting solutions that provide critical insights for strategic decision-making across Xometry. You will lead the development of central HR dashboards in Looker, focusing on cleaning data, visualizing KPIs, and optimizing regular reporting processes. Your expertise will enable you to develop custom dashboards tailored to specific needs, ensuring that stakeholders can access and utilize data effectively.

You will also be responsible for building a global data governance philosophy that ensures data integrity and compliance across HR and other systems. This includes leading data migration efforts to ensure alignment and integration globally, maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and completeness during these processes. You will develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata to document data definitions and sources, enhancing the overall data quality within the organization.

Your role will require you to stress test dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliability, enabling users to make informed decisions based on the insights provided. You will collaborate with various teams to optimize the user experience, ensuring that data is accessible and actionable.
