What you'll do

In this role, you will provide technical leadership to the Generative AI team, guiding the development and deployment of generative AI models and large language models for multimodal document processing. You will focus on extracting structured data from complex documents such as technical drawings and purchasing orders. Your responsibilities will include leading the exploration of innovative text and image-based data processing solutions, ensuring that the team adheres to industry standards in AI and ML development.

You will also be responsible for identifying high-impact projects and developing a strategic roadmap for generative AI initiatives. Your leadership will help shape the direction of AI capabilities at Xometry, ensuring that the solutions developed are not only innovative but also aligned with the company's goals.
